- ELEl LieAug 8, 20261.00 Stars if I could. Manager Kim has a nasty attitude! They had 1 register open with a much younger female associate helping 1 client. No one else was in line. An older white lady, like Kim, then got in line. Kim proceeded to open a second register to help so the white lady didn't wait at all as Kim immediately helped her. I then got in line behind the same lady to pay for 1 small pair of earrings. Meanwhile the other register is still busy with the same transaction. Once the lady in front of me paid Manager Kim quickly closed the register & told me to get in the other line. Not in a nice way either. She had seen me walking around with the earrings so all she had to do was quickly ring me up. But no, apparently brown people do not get great customer service from Kim. She only caters to her kind. She really has no business interacting with the public with such a sour demeanor & outlook. She thinks she can disguise her racism behind a carefully crafted excuse. Needless to say, I did not purchase the earrings. I calmly placed them on the counter and walked out. Also, earlier she had rushed past me so rudely that she was in my personal space and couldn't at least say "excuse me". Kim would do well to follow her subordinates' example as everyone else was friendly. Embarrassing that at her age she was the only negative standout. Will be calling corporate Monday.

My daughter is 9! No one is helpful and seem to not want to be asked questions. They converse with one another but do not want to talk to customers. I was waiting to check out and another employee came and did not say a word to us, just ignored us pretty much. Extremely uncomfortable environment. Would not go back and give my business to this place.
