- JUJames umblanceMay 8, 20261.0Went into Cole Hann with my wife, and wow… what an unforgettable customer service experience. I mean, who needs greetings anymore, right? Apparently speaking to customers is now considered an optional feature. Not one sales associate acknowledged us. No “hello,” no “can I help you,” not even a head nod like we accidentally wandered into a museum after hours. My wife told me not to worry about it, but I was honestly impressed. It takes real dedication for an entire store to collectively pretend customers don’t exist while still expecting them to spend money. And the crazy part? I still bought a pair of shoes. At that point, I basically assisted myself, checked myself mentally, and funded the operation too. Customer service at Cole Hann has apparently evolved into a brand-new business model: “Good luck finding what you need, and thanks for shopping with absolutely no interaction whatsoever.” Outstanding work, team.
