  I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time. I come from Mexico about every two months specifically to shop, and I always make purchases here. Even so, every time I come in, I feel like I’m being treated as if I’m doing something wrong. If I purchase 15 pieces or less, I’m asked to sign a wholesale form and the tags are removed from the clothing. Honestly, the tags are not what bother me. What bothers me is the way the long-haired manager, or whoever is in charge, treats me and the level of distrust he shows toward me. I want to make it clear that the girls who help me are always super nice and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with them. The problem is specifically with this manager. Every time I come in, he does the exact same thing and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and used to really like shopping here, but after having the same experience repeatedly, I honestly think this will be my last time shopping here. What’s frustrating is that I know people who actually misuse merchandise, yet I’m the one who comes from Mexico, shops here regularly, and makes legitimate purchases, but somehow I end up feeling like I’m doing something wrong. I have no problem with the store having policies regarding wholesale purchases. What I do have a problem with is how those policies are enforced and, most importantly, how customers are treated. Policies can be explained respectfully and professionally without making a customer feel like a criminal.

  Clean, good customer service and great quality jeans. Only thing is that they forgot to get the security tag off. 🤦‍♂️
