Me and my son went straight to shoes and I had to go find the guy who was just walking around to help us I asked for a size he gets it puts shoes down walks away. I need a bigger size so again had to go looking for him as there was only one customer that another employee was handling so not sure why I’m searching for help. Then the lady needed up asst us. Then I see online the shoes are on sale so I saw the guy again and I ask will yal honor this he said yes. I ended up getting another shoe but saw they had a 30off 100 online they said they cannot honor in store which I thought was CRAZY because I am at vans. So they said I have to order everything online for that price. I was not asking for much and they made it soooo hard. I got them online I love vans but this experience was so bad idk and no customer service at all just a yea u can’t buy that price here.
