- PMPaulina A. M.Jun 13, 20261.0I will make sure I never purchase amy gifts at Tiffany. I wanted to return a gift I received; purchase by gifter was identified with a phone number. The transaction was successfully identified; however they wanted to notify the person who gifted it to me (the purchaser) that I was returning the gift. Total lack of privacy for customers. If the purchase was identified, there is no purpose in notifying the purchaser. I was going to use my return for credit for a much bigger jewelry purchase. I left and wont return. TERRIBLE customer service to recurring Tiffany client!! Thanks for nothing.

They won’t even look at you and just stare at their phones or tablets. Next time, I’ll just drive the extra 40 min and go to their Austin location.

She helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, let us try on every single ring we wanted to find the perfect match, was so patient & friendly, got to know us personally, and just all around made it THE Tiffany Experience experience for us! I would fly back to San Antonio just to work with Momo again! She gave us a 15/10 experience!!!!!
