    Sunglass Hut just lost a sale because they couldn’t get the camera to work for a prescription measurement. It was a lot of wasted time. Sandra was very nice though.

    I went to SH in Macy's today at North Star Mall and I don’t know the associate’s name that helped me but it was today 3/31/23 at around 1140am or so. Anyway, this Aries Queen was so helpful and so nice. Best customer service ever! I just went for a return because I didn’t see the sunnies I wanted online and she found them and ordered them for me! She could have just taken my return and sent me on my way but she was very helpful! Thanks so much! I know where to buy my sunnies now :)

    Very upset as they were supposed to open at 11am and even 20min past, they never opened their doors. I couldn’t wait around any longer to see if they were running late
