  Thanks to Angie I got a brand new pair of ray bans meta glasses I went to 3 DIFFERENT STORED AND THEY ALL SAID NOO but I came here and instantly she said but I can help you out real quick and she definitely won me over and thank to her I came out with a brand new pair of metas

  Best experience EVER!!! I recently shopped at Sunglass Hut in the Quarry and Angie was AMAZING! She helped me order my AI Meta sunglasses and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Angie was super nice, knowledgeable and patient!   I purchased a pair of Ray-Bans from Sunglass Hut in Las Vegas about 9 days ago. I never wore them outside of the store and only opened the box at home to make sure I liked them. After trying them on again, I realized they felt too tight and decided to return or possibly exchange them at this San Antonio location. When I arrived, the associate initially seemed helpful. I explained there was nothing wrong with the glasses and that I simply wanted to return or exchange them. While I browsed the store, the associate spent several minutes intensely inspecting the glasses until she finally pointed out a tiny scratch on the frame — not on the lenses, but in a very hidden area that matched the color of the frames. This was the first I had ever heard of any scratch, and I genuinely know the glasses were sold to me in that condition since they had never been worn. Both the associate and manager refused the return, claiming the glasses were “damaged,” despite the receipt stating items may be returned within 30 days if they are in the same condition as purchased — which they were. I even asked them to show me where the policy excluded this situation, and she could not. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. The discussion took place in the middle of a very small store with multiple customers around, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also got the impression they were reluctant to help because the glasses were purchased at another location in Las Vegas. The manager told me my only option was to contact the original Vegas store and potentially mail the glasses back if they decided to take the return. As a long-time Sunglass Hut customer with around 20 pairs of Ray-Bans purchased through the company, I found the entire interaction disappointing and unnecessarily confrontational. This is the first pair I have ever tried to return. What confirmed my frustration was that I later went to another Sunglass Hut location in San Antonio, and they accepted the return immediately with no issue at all. This experience felt less about policy and more about poor customer service and attitude.

  I cannot thank ANGIE RIVERA enough for all she did to help me with my sunglasses a few weeks ago. I didn’t even buy them from the Sunglass Hut, but she went way out of her way to make sure that my needs were met. She even took time out of her personal schedule to find the parts I needed to make my sunglasses fit perfectly. I am amazed at the level of service Angie provided me . Great job, Angie.
