- JSJordyn SanchezAug 8, 20261.0There’s a lady that works there, I was unable to get her name. she has shorter brown hair and was wearing red lipstick when I came in August 8. I called to see if my glasses were delivered, and right off the bat her tone was horrible, she rushed the phone called to the point where she hung up on me while I was still talking about to ask a question. When I got the store, I knew exactly who she was because of the same attitude and tone she gave, and of course I asked who I spoke to and it confirmed it was her. As someone who works in customer service, it doesn’t cost anything to give kindness and a respectful experience. It really sucked.
