  Never order items from the stores because they come directly from the warehouse and could take up to 10 business days for you to receive your package I placed an order July 30th in the store for the shoe to be shipped out and it’s still in process. I checked online for status update and no order has been found. I called the store and they stated that they would call me back when they figured it out. They called me back to let me know that it shows in the system that it’s coming from the warehouse, why they didn’t see that when I called the first time I don’t know I bought the shoe again last night online August 2 and it’s already been shipped out as of today. Delivery is Thursday.

  Was a sales and stock associate at the la cantera location, hours and pay cut after revealed to Dolce Martinez the manager of the store that I was pregnant. Quit due to $300 off my next paycheck. Only concerned about her own income not her employees well being. She also complains constantly about customers and will refuse to let customers in if they just want to browse or don’t know what they want already. Overall negative and upsetting experience
