  We've been buying various carpet & upholstery steam cleaning products from Steambrite for many years. Always satisfied with their professionalism and competitive pricing. Huge plus that they actually answer when you call them and respond promptly to emails. Always a pleasure to do business with a reputable company and caring representatives.

  Item was not NEW in box as I was told pre-sale. Partially assembled, one tire would not hold air, numerous hardware pieces missing. This obviously was a previous return they had at their facility since it did not ship from the manufacturer as stated in the product description. I obtained a legit AR-5950 from another source and WOW what a difference. Steambrite accepted return but even though it was a fraudulent sale, they required me to pay return shipping! Two pictures, one what Steambrite sent and the other a legit new in box from manufacturer. Questionable business practices.🤥

  Terrible customer service. Booked a month out for repairs and won't take appointments. Great place for solutions and products, but a terrible place for repairs. I've never in 17 years in this industry had to wait a month for something to get repaired. Unreal

  Best pricing anywhere is how I became a customer - their passion and innovation is what keeps my business. I read some of the 1 star ⭐️ reviews and would say this: if u are getting the best pricing - there is a reason. They dont build “free shipping, etc” into pricing like everyone else. And the free returns or shipping labels are Not done by the original manufacturer so Steambrite cannot pass the non-existent “free” either. U can get tracking info however u have to request it thru their website. Everything is listed if u read it (i dont always read). All u have to do is ask and u will get very thorough customer service and very detailed answers to all questions (checkout the company blog). I have a 5 star business and I do some things differently- but Steambrite’s integrity, honesty, innovation and industry knowledge has earned them a life long customer. I consider Donald to be a “YouTube mentor” and he has personally inspired me to be a better carpet cleaner.

  I recently purchased a rotating brush from steambrite. After receiving the package, I noticed that the brush head only screws on and nothing locks the brush in place, so if I were to spin the brush counter clockwise the brush would fall off. I reached out to them trying to issues a refund and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee! The description of this product online is horrible! I've been a customer for years but after today I will not be returning. "Thank you" steambrite for you "great" customer service.
