  Don was supposed to order a part for me and install. He got the part a week after the 22nd of last month. And now he is now telling me that the part that he’s missing a hose. It Has been lost with the order. But before he told me it was en route because he didn’t have it in his warehouse. So he was lying to me, hoping that he would find the hoses - then he said. Maybe it was delivered to the next door neighbor- so now. Wants me to wait on a part he allegedly ordered so now I called my credit card company saying that he is not communicating and he is lying about a part I ordered a month ago. And is mysteriously waiting on a hose. So we are canceling our order. To get install at other company Yesterday he called thinking the hose was delivered to his neighbors. So now I’m on hold again and he will let me know when he finds it. This is ridiculous. He knows the kind of business that we are all in. It’s been a month. All he has to do is install a gas container.And he lost parts. Didn’t re order or lost that has not preorder. Lied to me. Stating it’s otw. But then said. It was delivered a week ago and it’s lost. He had every chance to get me going but instead lied. We all lose orders. But we don’t lie. Hoping it will magically show up. And I’m not important enough to help out immediately after he lost hoses. And lied. I already talked to the credit card company to get my money back from this horrible company management or owner.

  Worst online experience I've had in awhile. After basically being accused of being a thief, and then attempting to upsell me over the phone, demanding my drivers license (which I provided still not good enough) If you like wasting times, being insulted, and ultimately not getting what you were trying to order, this is your place. They take FOREVER to answer emails, rarely actually pick up the phone when you call. Also, they are not open on weekends. This seems to be a tiny operation, and I don't trust them. I dodged a bullet by cancelling my order. I ordered the same equipment from WebResturantsupply, and have it in my house using it today. These people should stick to brick and mortar sales. They have a brand new President, I wonder if they are the victims of poor leadership?

  I know them for at least 5 years and every time I forgotten how badly they have screw me over I purchase something from them , and hate myself for that . They selling a lot of stuff what they don't actually have , and it was discontinued, they selling thing what they probably assemble in garage after hours, and not worth a $50 they selling in for $500 in the beginning they was charging double or triple for shipping and so on , if you decide to buy from them ,buy only brand names and make sure it is not discontinued, because after they got your money they going to forget about your existence.
