That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They took their time, made sure the shape looked exactly right, and my hat came out looking fresh and sharp again. You can tell they really care about their customers and know what they’re doing with Western hats. Great atmosphere, friendly people, and excellent service. If you need your cowboy hat cleaned, reshaped, or just want some great Western wear, I definitely recommend Outlaws Western Wear. We went in 30 mins before closing time & they took their time to help us and did not make us feel rushed. We purchased two Stetson hats & are super happy! I would definitely recommend this place. It is well stocked nice and clean and have friendly staff!

Miriam helped me out with everything and was so nice! Due to the humidity between Minnesota and Texas, my Resistol straw cowboy hat warped a bit at the brim. Without knowing where to go, I took my chance with Outlaws Western Wear. Brady was so welcoming and knowledgeable with the cowboy hats and other boot products as well. He was so patient and took great care at reshaping my hat at no charge. I was so pleased at the service and how well we were treated. I will be recommending this place to others. This will be my spot going forward for my western wear needs!
