  Walked in for the first time today and will for sure be back. Brady was there working solo and still came to greet us and ask what we were looking for and was EXCEPTIONAL! While we didn’t find what we were looking for today we experienced amazing customer service and will be back to get other goodies

  I stopped in on a Saturday morning to look for a cowboy hat while I was visiting Texas. I was greeted by Brady the owner. He was very friendly and personable and gave me all of the time I needed. He offered some ideas and answered all of the questions I had. I will definitely come back next time I am in the San Antonio area. Thank you so much for the great service Brady! I love my new hat!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Brady at Outlaw Western! After having a mixed experience at a big-box Western store down the street, I stopped into Outlaw Western looking for a Stetson Skyline—and I’m really glad I did. Brady was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. He showed me all the different options available, including some more budget-friendly choices, and let me try on multiple hats several times until I was completely comfortable with my decision. What really stood out was how much time Brady took to educate me on the differences between the hats, the quality, fit, and what I was actually getting for my money. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to find the right hat rather than just make a sale. I ended up going with the Stetson Skyline, and I couldn’t be happier with it—or with my decision to buy it from Brady at Outlaw Western. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. Outlaw Western has earned my business, and Brady will be my go-to guy for hats from here on out. Highly recommend!

  Brady and his team are the most impressive group I’ve found arguably in Texas. I took a very sentimental hat to him to get shaped because it was a mess, and the fact he took care of me, let alone free of charge, goes beyond customer service…that’s community and family. That’s exactly what Brady and his team made me feel. If you’re looking for western apparel, a hat, or need a hat reshaped, trust no one else. I know I’m not. May this place withstand the test of time and continue to prosper!

  Stopped in town to visit an old friend and decided it was time for a new cowboy hat in a different color — and I was also on the hunt for authentic, dark-brown cowboy boots. The first store we tried was closed, so we decided to give this place a try. Wow. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service! Miriam is an absolute darling. Her knowledge was impeccable — truly second to none. She gave me wonderful recommendations and helped me find the perfect pair of boots and the perfect cowboy hat. I couldn’t have been happier. I had my new hat branded, and the craftsmanship was flawless. But then it was my friend’s birthday, and I adore him, so I asked if they could brand my old hat as a special birthday gift for him. I asked how much it would cost, and the owner — a truly fabulous human being — said, “Zero. We care about your care.” That kind of generosity and genuine customer care is rare. The craftsmanship, the service, the knowledge, and the heart behind this store are truly something special. They didn’t just help me find a hat and boots — they helped make my friend’s birthday even more meaningful. Craftsmanship at its finest. Customer service with heart. I’m incredibly grateful. 🤠❤️ I will be coming back
