  Baccarat Rouge 540.. Scam! I ordered with engraving and received a blank bottle, I called submitted pictures then I called two weeks later. They claim I did not order engraving. What a scam!

  I had such a great experience at Nordstrom. I got me several skincare, perfume, and cologne samples to try couple weeks ago and I really appreciated how generous and thoughtful they were with the sample containers. Being able to test the skincare products for a couple of weeks before committing made such a difference, and I ended up loving the results so much that I treated myself to a few high-end skincare items from them today. What I love most is how comfortable and welcoming the experience feels. The staff were kind, helpful, and never rude or judgmental. They make everything feel easy, trustworthy, and enjoyable for me and my friends. The sample containers are honestly such a smart touch because they let customers try products properly before buying. Love this about Nordstrom!

  Jessica went above and beyond to ensure my suit and shirt was the correct fit. Her recommendations were perfect, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. She deserves a raise and paid vacation for providing the best customer service experience I've ever had at Nordstrom.

  Need your make up done?!?! Go to Sadie at Charlotte Tilbury!!! She made me go from looking like a hobo to a baddie. My makeup lasted all day, and I was so bummed when I had to take it off at the end of the day. I am still debating if I should go back and buy all the products she used to see if I can make myself look that good! She made my wedding day photo worthy!
