So I shop at Marc Jacobs alot pretty much own a bit of everything. My birthday was the last week in September and I did ordered a bag and slippers, but after attending an event in Canada where I live they were stolen. I was so in love with the slippers I had to purchase them over but all stores across Canada was sold out lucky me found and contact a US store and a lovely lady Daniella made it possible for me to make the purchase the item. Daniella was on the phone 4 times out the day she contacted her manager about what can be done since I live in Canada she constantly emailing me Daniella never said no or it not possible am very happy thanks to Daniella amazing customer service a birthday to remember thanks again.

Sylvia was so helpful and patient with me. The selection was slim but she showed me other options I would be happy with. A+ customer service, C- for in store selection.

Even when I request things she is always quick to respond and provide! If you are looking for a great and dependable associate I highly recommend Sofia!

My husband purchased a bag for me as an early Mother’s Day gift. He was assisted by Moses. He contacted the location prior to arrival to check availability. As soon as he went into location he was assisted promptly and professionally by Moses. Thank you so much Moses for assisting my husband. If anyone is shopping please go see Moses he is so kind!
