LifeSafer sucks just know if you have issues with your car call first because youll have to wait three days for them to call you back with a bypass code and you have to pay more money for them to deactivate it Customer service will not get you to a supervisor you wait two days on them. They will argue with you. Tell you, Supervisor cannot help you very bad customer service do not go with this company. I understand it’s a process, but y’all should let people know this in advance instead of letting their car go bad and then trying to do all this and also y’all should have it to where you can speak to a live Supervisor it’s ridiculous but its been a Week and still have not yet spoke to no Supervisor has not reached out to me about my concern. Sad customer service. regardless you to still put the customer first and reach out to make sure that they understand everything at least

I decided to come to this location and he did an exceptional job and my device is now operating correctly. He was very professional,thorough and efficient.
