  Words can’t really do justice to the experience I had at Lee Michaels. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels so genuine, and my visit completely exceeded my expectations. The biggest reason for that was April. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question I had, offered honest guidance, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that she truly cared about making sure I had a great experience, not just making a sale. What stood out most was how personal everything felt. April’s attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. She made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish, and that’s something that’s becoming harder and harder to find. Because of the way I was treated, I’ll absolutely be coming back to Lee Michaels for future purchases, and I’ll be recommending both the store and April to friends and family. She’s an incredible asset to the team, and I can’t thank her enough for all of her help.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.   I went in with an old 1970's Rolex GMT Watch that had a stretched out old janky jubilee bracelet (my friends called it a "Franken watch" cause it didnt seem to be a correct period braclet for the serial and model number Rolex) Travis , the Rolex repairman there looked at and told me (yes it was stretched, but also) it was a very collectable jubilee style bracelet and that it was "correct" for that watch at that time ( "USA Rolex Jubilee Band" i later did research and found out he w a correct). He also had in store an oyster band that could fit my Rolex ( and would also be period correct at a VERY DECENT PRICE: $ 700) I got the new band and learned a little something about my watch. I also ordered a couple of extra links for my new band ( which were about 50 bucks) . So, "Yeah" this is a good place to take your Rolex for repair /adjustment.

  UPDATE: Since posting my original review, Liza, the store manager, personally reached out to me. We had a lengthy conversation, and she sincerely apologized for my experience. She acknowledged that what happened was completely unacceptable and not representative of the luxury experience they strive to provide. More importantly, she took the time to get to know me, understand what I was looking for, and discuss building a long-term relationship with the store. I truly appreciate the professionalism she showed and the effort she made to restore my confidence. Because of how Liza handled the situation, I’ve updated my review to 4 stars. While my original experience was disappointing, I believe excellent customer service is also measured by how a business responds when something goes wrong. I’m looking forward to working with Liza and will gladly update this review again after my next visit. ______________________________________ I was communicating directly with Jessica, the sales manager, who invited me to come by the store and meet with her. After making the trip, I was told she was at lunch. Then I was told she was on a phone call. Then I was told she was in a meeting. Meanwhile, I could clearly see her walking around the store. Being ignored is one thing. Being lied to repeatedly is another. If Jessica didn’t want to meet with me, a simple “I’m unavailable today” would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, the staff chose to make excuses and tell me whatever they thought would get me out of the store. I walked in hoping to buy a Rolex and left feeling like I wasn’t even worth an honest conversation. Customer service, professionalism, and honesty appear to be in very short supply here. For a business selling luxury products, I’d expect a much higher standard of treatment than what I experienced. I won’t be back, and I certainly won’t be recommending this store to anyone looking for a luxury watch.
