  Fantastic experience. Jennifer Ramage helped us with our purchase, she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the items and helped us greatly with our decision. We felt welcomed and taken care of while we made our purchase, never rushed or forced. Will shop with Jennifer again.

  We had a great experience working with Robert. My wife and I walked in yesterday to look at some watches. We honestly weren’t planning on spending much time there but the moment we walked in, he greeted us and his sincere warm personality kept us there. He took a lot of time with us, walked us through several different Rolex models and configurations, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and helpful he was throughout the entire visit. He really took the time to educate us on the different options and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Looking forward to making future purchases here. I would definitely recommend asking for Robert if you’re visiting the store.

  Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and hospitable, lovely in every way. I went in to have my Rolex overhauled, and though it took a long time (ca. 3 months) and there was some confusion about the elements of required versus recommended service, it was eventually straightened out. The watch core was separated from the band: I wish they’d polished the band before returning it back to me, but i did it myself and it looks great now with the overhauled mechanism. Lovely place and will shop there again.
