  Friendly and welcoming, Jennifer Ramage was outstanding in every way. She added a personal touch, shared knowledge and expertise and helped guide me thru my shopping experience on other purchases as well, not just my watch. Will definitely come see her again with all my jewelry and family heirloom needs in the future.   I’ve purchased watches from Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry over the years, so I walked in recently expecting at least a basic level of engagement when looking for a watch to mark a milestone. Instead, I was immediately shut down with a generic “we don’t have any Rolex for sale" before anyone even asked why I came in. No conversation, no effort to understand the request, no timeline, no attempt to build a relationship. Just a brush-off. I understand how the Rolex market works and honestly it's always a yuck feeling thinking about stopping by an authorized dealer, but I decided to today to see if things may be different but they weren't. I’m not asking for something unrealistic (a quite basic, relatively easy to get Rolex offering). But there’s a big difference between limited availability and poor customer experience. At the end of the day, buying a watch should feel like a milestone, not like you’re bothering someone. I’ll continue to take my business to dealers who actually value the customer experience and are willing to have a conversation, and I will happily pay a bit more to get the watch I want. Edit: I ended up going to another watch store here in town and got the exact watch I wanted same day, brand new.
