  Long story short, I cracked my crystal on my Rolex Yachtmaster. Understandably, I was pretty upset about it. Through Google, I found Lee Michael’s and stopped by one day to see about the repair process. Paula absolutely blew me away with her customer service And honesty about the process. She told me prepare for 6 to 8 weeks and I got it back in less than 4 at a far better price than I was anticipating. I will be doing my Watch shopping here from now on. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

  Having never been to this store I was absolutely surprised by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. My wife’s engagement and wedding rings were resized and cleaned. The rings (and wife’s smile) haven’t never been brighter. She was in awe with how well they fit and blown away by how well they looked after being cleaned. Thank you for the advice and kindness!

Genia was incredibly kind, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for to help us find the perfect rings. She kept us updated every step of the way, and when we picked them up, she made sure we took a moment to celebrate such a special moment together. If you're shopping at Lee Michaels, we highly recommend asking for Genia! She's knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She even wrapped our rings up before we left. Thank you, Genia, for making this experience so memorable!

  Lee Michaels is hands down the best jewelry store in San Antonio. Classy and customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. Jean-Paul is the guy to see at the Quarry location. He is so nice and really listens to what we are looking for. His suggestions are great and never pushy. My wife and I will only buy from him. Once again JP has delivered on getting me the rare watch in record time. Now if only my panda would get here!!!!

  Leticia took amazing care of us as always. Not only did she call when she found what we were looking for but she made sure to have champs and chocolate waiting for us while she showcased the beautiful pieces she had sourced. The entire staff was attentive, making sure we were cared for the entire time. Will continue to shop here.
