Thank you to a employee by the Name of Dynasty I believe.. She was very helpful when I went in with my grandson to look for some pants and she was a life saver.. Even though she seemed busy and headed somewhere else she took the time to help us out and make our day a lot easier.. We need more employees like her and not like the ones just talking when it was time to cash out .. But the 5 stars are for her.. Thank you!!

can’t believe i have to give this a star but lady with throat tattoos and bangs was insanely rude for accusing my girlfriend of stealing a highlighter from their beauty section. she was standing next to us in the aisle the whole time and watched herself. she had made us go into a room and have her sign papers and took a photo on her personal phone!! we asked if she wanted to see that she didn’t steal and that the testers are there or to check camera footage and all she said was “i don’t care if you did now i just wanna give you the boot and go home” she got real loud with us for no reason as well instead of trying to understand and apologize! fix this issue as we have been trying to reach out to managers and calling numbers that were provided by jcpenney workers for this situation. unprofessional on this jcpenney workers part for trying to meet her quota (edit) she had went back with her parent and all the lousy workers can do is just refer her to a number when that’s all we have been doing is to try and call. fix this issue and/or shred the paper she signed that says she’s banned from the store for we want to try and go even higher up to get this lady fired and sued along with the business because of this behavior that’s allowed

Looks like they kept the mystery $60 coupons for themselves. I just want to clarify that there was no coupon for me when I arrived at check out and the person checking me out has no idea what I was talking about. Did not look like the other people working there knows about this coupon they suppose to give customers at checkout.
