    Just wanted to say thank you to the lady who was working the checkout counter in the lower floor of the building. It was my mom’s first time going to JCPennies in years to buy some clothes after she lost tons of weight and the woman at the counter was just the sweetest thing. It really meant a lot to us and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much again

    This location is pretty small but they do have a little of everything. Its decently clean, staff is minimal and usually working super slow, but friendly. Kids sections are meager, clearance section is small as well. Its just a meh JCPenney but the mall has lots to offer so not a bad stop overall.
