- BABella AlvarezAug 16, 20255.0Absolutely love J.Crew Factory! The staff offered a warm welcome, and they were very diligent in helping me pick out lots of different outfits! The store itself had an overall wonderful atmosphere. I am extremely satisfied with my visit; I will be returning soon!!
- MSMimi ShepardAug 8, 20255.0I shop at the J Crew store in Northwoods often. I enjoy looking at their products and engaging with the people who work there. I find the associates helpful and professional. I am always greeted, but not hounded by them.
- JMJeff McWhirterJul 4, 20251.0Absolutely Disgusted with the Service at J.Crew I don’t usually write reviews, but the behavior of the Adiranna associate at J.Crew was so appalling, I feel obligated to warn others. When I politely declined to give my email address at checkout, the employee became noticeably irritated and threw the store laptop toward me and my daughters. Yes—threw it. Who acts like that in front of children? She continued complaining out loud about not receiving “points,” as if that were my problem, and then proceeded to cram over $500 worth of clothing into a single bag without folding a single item. It was careless, rushed, and completely unprofessional. This wasn’t just bad service—it was rude, hostile, and unacceptable. I expect better from any store, let alone one like J.Crew. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely shameful.
