  It’s OK I saw some shoes that needed cleaning before they were put up for sale or not even put them up for sale. There was some that didn’t not need to be up there but hey, who am I to say?

  Never EVER had issues with goodwill pricing on bakeware/ cookware items. Some folks really need to understand basic common sense if you're going to work in a home goods store. I was purchasing a casserole dish with the matching lid. They had a sticker price on each of the pieces which anyone would know if you're buying a pot or a pan, why would the lid and pan be separate costs. Furthermore the cashier scanned both items which is double the price I was willing to pay for a SET. I asked for the manager for a price adjustment which Loretta was very rude and didn't care to listen to me at all! Both her and another cashier mentioned " this is our policy" I asked her to show me then she cute me off and said " I'm telling you I'm not changing the price" in a rude and dismissive tone. I've been shopping at goodwill for years in San Antonio but will definitely not be returning to this location. I contacts headquarters so hopefully they can resolve this concern. This is a second hand store.. adding double stickers on the same item is crazy and wrong.
