  This organization is committing tax fraud, they say that they donate furniture to the low income and disabled and when I called them they said they do not do any of that so they're committing tax evasion, my advice to use if you run the same problem please contact the IRS in Austin Texas and report them for tax evasion thank you

  Had a really good experience at this Goodwill! The store was clean, organized, and easy to walk around and browse. They had a good selection of items, with plenty of different things to look through, which made the visit enjoyable. I always appreciate when a thrift store is kept clean and organized because it makes it so much easier to take your time and actually find some good stuff. Zach was also a great help during my visit. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when I needed assistance. What really stood out was how he lit up with such a nice smile when helping customers. You can tell when someone is making an effort to create a positive experience, and Zach definitely did that. Overall, this was a great Goodwill visit. Clean store, good selection, and friendly customer service. Having employees like Zach who are helpful and greet customers with a genuine smile really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

  Henry who works in the back in electrical took his time to help me out about a desk I had questions about. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how the electrical desk worked! Thank you Henry for awesome customer service!
