  Goodwill needs to choose a lane amd stay in it! Are they interested in making one to fund their programs, or are they attempting to provide a place to purchase home goods and clothing at a thriftstore price? Charging more for a used t-shirt than for what II can buy new, isn't providing a thriftstore environment. I see this all the time. They also take any decent clothing from quality brands and sell them elsewhere - online or at their special store in the Stone Oak area. The prices for basic and very used items are ridiculous! No thriftstore here, just a grift!

  Hello Goodwill needs to be Upgraded,the floors in this store looks terrible, And they need to dust in here a little bit Better , other than that 🥰

  This is an awesome buffet at a great price! Friendly staff and the Orange infused water upon entering is thoughtful and customer oriented! And yummy on a warm day!

  Horrible customer service especially by the asst manager I believe her name is Sandra. She does not know what it is to be a manager. No professionalism whatsoever. A manager should not go around, cursing and speaking out on customers behind their backs when she thinks they’re not listening. There is also a cashier full of tattoos on her arms, giving attitude, and it’s just disgusting. Also, I heard another manager. I think her name was Angela yelling at the staff members, but I don’t believe that if they’re working that hard they should be treated so awful. Maybe it’s time for that manager to move on out along with the assistant manager.
