  I always come to this Goodwill and Its the first time a Lady tells me 4 times Literally made sure I looked at her to tell me The store Was Closing. that they are on closing time, I work at a store and we are not allow to kick out people , As well It wasn’t like we were going to stay all night . Guess all people are not meant to work with Costumers. I will glady tell her where I work so She can come by and See the way A costumer should be treated.

  Was a great store to swing by and see what was in it until it was time to buy. Today was my first day to this goodwill (JUST moved to the area this past weekend) and thought it would be fun to take a day off unpacking and to check out a goodwill in town. I found a couch for my new place and thought for the price it was a great deal. I bought the item around 11am today and had to go switch out my vehicle to fit the couch. I got back to goodwill around 12:15 and when I got there with my receipt I’m guessing the furniture manager came out and tried to accuse us of taking home a tag that was dated yesterday (5/4) and bringing it back to the store today to pay for it and that she saw me yesterday in the store. I told her I just moved to San Antonio and today was my first day visiting this goodwill. She kept interrupting me to tell me “well I saw you”. Yes when I was in the store this morning at 11am cause I also saw her in the morning. She continued to say “ well we change tags everyday and this is supposed to say 5/5 a lady wanted to buy this couch today” When I told her to check the cameras to see that i ripped the tag off the couch THIS MORNING (5/5), she said “I’m going to sell you the couch just know next time to not take the tag home” and left. The lady had no business talking to a customer like that and when confronted about checking cameras she took off. This couch was listed at a REALLY great price and I’m starting to think she tagged it for herself or for a friend to come in and buy it, and when they found out it sold they got upset. Mind you I’ve been to goodwills all throughout Texas And this is the first time I hear of goodwills “switching tags” every single day on furniture. Glad I found a great couch on a budget but I’ll take myself to other goodwills around the area from now on.

  I was excited. Looks nice BUT GERMAN ROACHES were crawling on the baby clothes! No no no. Maybe they need an exterminator. Will not be coming back because of roaches.

  I had the worst experience ever !!!! Me and my dad were shopping for DVDs and as I’m looking through the DVDs and my dad is looking through the records , the loss prevention guy starts reaching over me and my dad and getting all up in our PERSONAL SPACE without even saying excuse me. I didn’t catch his name. But he was a older Hispanic veteran guy with very short salt and pepper hair with glasses. He kept following me and my dad after the fact that we moved out of the way for him to “look through movies “ and then we wonder off to the furniture area and he follows us there too and literally wasn’t a arm distance away. Very up close and personal. It made me feel like We didn’t belong there. We felt profiled and targeted by this guy , the fact that he couldn’t simply leave us alone. It was rude. Like just because your some kind of security doesn’t mean you can abuse your authority and be all up on someone. There’s boundaries. Me and my dad bought like 6 movies and we loved the selection of stuff that they had. However the people that work there … terrible service , never will spend my money at this location again. Out of my 27 years of living here in San Antonio I have never dealt with anything like this. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. If anyone is seeing this that works at that good will that is the hire ups , please look into your loss prevention guy/security whatever their title is. Please look into that guy. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I had to go though. I cried to my dad and told him this isn’t fair. Another person shouldn’t ruin someone else’s experience while shopping like that. It was just very belittling.
