- JLJay LousSep 20, 20261.0Reselling stuff that was going to get thrown away anyways for the same price it was bought make it make sense. Reselling stained items reselling ripped items for a big price like common goodwill you are just straight up greedy
- YAyasmien alomariSep 6, 20262.0Stop selling clothes that are stained for $6 omg and stapling the price tags in clothes where it shows making holes visible instead of doing it on the rim inside and then they are also reselling SHEIN clothes for $6 like common that’s messed up..
- YAYasmien AlomariSep 6, 20262.0So I don’t know if they are trained on where to staple to price tags but I bought a shirt didn’t realize they stapled it to the back not on the inside rim so now I have the shirt with two small holes in the back.. and then they are reselling stained clothes for $6?! That’s crazy even other stores price it down to at least $3 smth it’s unacceptable honestly and sad I love shopping here but that’s just messed up.
- RPRaul Gloria (Gamer Pro)Sep 5, 20265.0Went to donate a few trailers full of items from a property Cleanout and they took everything with ease and even helped unload. Great experience with the donation part but did not get to go inside. Workers seemed fine. Lmk what you eould like to know
- STSlimy Jelly ToesAug 29, 20261.0I bought a pair of shoes at this Goodwill that were behind the counter. I thought my husband put them on hold though I thought GW wasn't supposed to do that. The employee handed them to me and sold them without saying anything. Later, staff became rude and accusatory, and one employee actually pointed me out to the customer who supposedly had them on hold. That was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely out of line. Goodwill usually does not hold items, that’s their policy. If this store chooses to break that rule, they need to clearly mark the item or pull it. Instead, they sold it to me and then tried to make me feel guilty for their own mistake. Very unprofessional behavior. Pointing me out to another customer is a major violation of standard retail service practices. It shifts the blame for the store's logistical mistake onto an innocent customer and creates unnecessary conflict.
