  This store has some good finds and I feel that I have gotten lucky a few times but what I am finding is problems with AGGRESSIVE resellers. For example, there are some that know the employees well and so, it seems those resellers get priority and appear to have advantage of what's coming out. This takes the fun out of thrifting. I think Goodwill should make announcements over the PA that no one should touch the blue bins until the items are out on the shelves. Because if managers like Maria are allowing the resellers to assist them with the bins, it’s a conflict of interest. I think Goodwill should make a rule that no one can touch what's in the bin until the staff has placed it out on the shelf or they’ll be asked to leave for the day. For example, the River Oaks Goodwill in Houston,TX had periodic announcements over the PA indicating that customers cannot interfere with product while employees are placing it. Otherwise, there will continue to be these incidents of favoritism.

  Excellent shopping experience. The staff members here went above and beyond in helping us. Ann helped us look at bed sheets and figure out which sizes they were. She also brought some more out that were ready to go on display. This was outstanding service when we needed it. Thanks so very much to everyone here!

  Very poor management,they clearly give preference to their friends and regulars over other customers. A few months ago, I stood in line for 20 minutes holding a small wooden cabinet. Right as I reached the register, a regular customer (who I later found out is a reseller) ran up holding the paper tag, claiming it was his. The manager completely dismissed me, saying 'the first to pay wins,' and let him cut ahead of me to buy it. Today, the exact same thing happened with a manager named Marco. A lady ran up, yelling at the cashier to talk to Marco like they were best friends. The cashier actually had to take the item off my ticket just to give it to her. This store completely lacks professionalism and ethics. Regulars and friends shouldn't get to steal items out of your hands at checkout..

  My favorite location! It’s so big that I call this one the Disneyland of Goodwills.
