The older Hispanic man at the donation area was so nasty to me today and I’m not sure why. I pulled up and no one was there so I started nicely placing my donations (everything was clean, folded and organized) and he snatched the things out of my hands and told me not to put it in the bins (that’s what the bins are literally for). Let your employees know that without people who are willing to donate things, they wouldn’t have a job. Treat people with respect because I was respectful to him especially as an elder but it should go both ways.

Had car broken into, went across the street to use the restroom, all my clothes that were in my backseat where hanging on shelves here. Including my cash register, it was on a shelf for sell. It literally took hours and guess what? I couldn't prove anything was mine and the goodwill asked me to leave! Said it was not their fault and they did not care. I guess they hear these types of stories all the time. That's the last time I donate to this company. From. now on I'm donating to actual people on the street in need, not companies that are just as bad as the criminals themselves!
