  It’s a good place because you can try on uniforms. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my child’s size and I made the mistake of ordering (as they advised me to do) over a month ago. They won’t let me get a refund because “there’s nothing to return.” Unfortunately, there is money to return but they refuse. Do not recommend. They gave me no estimated time of arrival.

  Emma D made back to school shopping stress free! She listened to what we were looking for in sizes, made suggestions, brought me different sizes for my son try, and at the ends she double checked to make sure we had everything we needed! Thank you Emma for your wonderful customer service!! 🩷💙

  It’s ridiculous that when you come to pick up a paid item that was delivered to the store that you have to wait in a long main line. Get it together . It should be a complete separate line. Also , maybe train some of the kids that work here because two items that they gave me to buy wasn’t even for my kids school , a complete opposite school …

  I ordered and paid for the uniforms online ahead of time, and all of my items were already packaged and ready for pickup. The only thing the staff needed to do was verify my name. However, I was still required to wait in the same line as customers who were shopping in the store and then checking out and paying for all of their items. It completely defeats the convenience of ordering and paying online. There should be a separate pickup process for prepaid online orders. The current system is inefficient and definitely not customer-friendly.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Marcella Mendoza for going above and beyond to make sure we purchased the correct tie! She noticed we had the wrong one and made it her mission to quickly step away and help us get the correct Providence senior tie instead of the middle school tie. Even with the incredibly long lines and how busy Flynn O’Hara was, Marcella took the time to make sure we left with exactly what we needed. We are so grateful for her attentiveness, kindness, and awesome customer service during our checkout. Thank you, Marcella, for making a hectic shopping day a little easier!
