  I’ve got to share this story with you all. My beautiful friend was admitted to a nearby hospital so I decided to send her some flowers. I contacted “Flowerama” flower shop in San Antonio. Ordered 1 dozen yellow roses to be delivered to her. Well, they were delivered except someone stole the flowers from the front desk. Now I called the hospital and they weren’t very helpful but, they had a video of the person who stole them. The flower shop let me know that my friend must get her flowers so they made another bouquet for her for free! Even though they weren’t responsible for replacing the bouquet. They were so understanding and kind. I will forever be grateful to Flowerana flower shop! The bouquet is absolutely beautiful! Thank you!!! Gladys

  I called Flowerama (San Antonio, Tx) for a last minute floral arrangement. Not only did they assist me with my order. The staff displayed exceptional and professional customer service. They sent me a pre- photo of my arrangement and it was beautiful for my occasion. Excellent Job Flowerama. I highly recommend Flowerama for any occasions. Milton Jones Jr.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this florist! I called at 2:20 PM needing flowers delivered to the main Methodist Hospital for my mom, who had unexpectedly gone into emergency surgery. Being out of state and unable to be there with her was incredibly difficult, so I wanted to send her something special. Paige was absolutely wonderful over the phone. She was so friendly, caring, and helpful, and she took the time to help me create an arrangement that she thought my mom would love. The finished arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and most importantly, my mom loves the flowers! 💐 I was also incredibly impressed by how efficient the entire process was. The flowers were delivered to the hospital by 4:28 PM, just over two hours after I called. Thank you so much to Paige and the entire team for making a difficult situation a little easier. Your kindness, care, and efficiency truly meant so much to me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to send flowers to a hospital or for any special occasion. They are absolutely fantastic! ❤️

  The service at Flowerama was amazing. I navigated their website easily and found exactly what I wanted. The order process was simple and quick. The flower shop sent me a picture of the arrangement before it went out the door which was such a nice touch! I heard that the delivery lady was so sweet and had a nice conversation with the flower recipient. Thanks for great service and a beautiful product!

  Got an amazing order sent to a fantastic individual. Just because...It was even better then what was on the site. I was lucky enough to see it before it went out because they sent me a picture of it. I wish I lived closer so I could go in person, maybe another time. Price was fair for the super quick turn around, easy to order, and great communication. Will definitely be using again for my San Antonio folks. Thanks for helping me boost someone up from a far. It wouldn't let me attach an image but there's literally a flower puppy... So cute!
