- FMFernadez MenciaSep 26, 20261.0Store is rude and unprofessional
- MBMonica BlakeSep 16, 20261.0Went by yesterday during my lunch for the special the plug ins. Needless to say they took them off the shelves because the buy one get one free was not working. Very disappointing.

- SGSarah GarzaAug 19, 20262.0I’ve been to this Family Dollar location many times, and unfortunately there always seems to be some type of issue. On different visits, I’ve seen signs saying no large bags are allowed, exact change only, debit cards only, or no cash accepted. What makes it especially frustrating is that these restrictions seem to vary depending on the day or who is working. I’ve also come to the store on multiple occasions when there was a strong smell of marijuana around the entrance/outside area while employees were outside. While some of the employees are friendly, the overall customer service and atmosphere feel more like what I would expect from a poorly managed gas station than a retail store. I shop at Family Dollar for convenience, but after repeatedly encountering different rules, payment restrictions, and an unprofessional atmosphere, I think this location could really benefit from more consistent management and customer-service standards.
