I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the customer service I received at the Family Dollar store located at **8738 Marbach Road, San Antonio, Texas**. On 06/29/2026, I visited this store to return an item that I had purchased only seven days earlier. Although I no longer had my receipt, I politely asked if I could make a return. The manager identified herself as **Alyssa** and immediately told me that she "does not do returns without a receipt." What upset me most was not only that my return was refused, but also the way I was treated. Alyssa was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to explain the company's return policy or discuss any possible options. Instead of trying to help, she simply gave me the corporate customer service phone number. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone despite several attempts. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. If my return did not qualify under Family Dollar's policy, I would have appreciated a professional explanation. Instead, I felt dismissed and embarrassed. I respectfully request that Family Dollar: * Review the actions and customer service provided by the store manager, Alyssa. * Determine whether my return should have been accepted under the company's return policy. * Contact me regarding the outcome of this complaint and any assistance that can be provided. I hope Family Dollar takes this matter seriously and works to ensure customers are treated respectfully and consistently with company policy. Thank you for your time and attention. Well in my opinion I live next door to Walmart I pass cvs dollar general and idk what else till i get to family dollar THEY ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY THE MAN WITH GLASSES THE YOUGER GIRL VERY HELFUL I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY RUDENESS AND THE CLEANING WHATEVER GET OVER IT OMG ITS MARBOCH PEOPLE
