Chey, her co workers, and her manager are all so incredibly helpful and friendly I couldn't recommend them enough in 100 years
- AAAFeb 15, 20255.0Went in with my man to expand his shoe collection. I explained to an associate, Andres, that he wanted to go from sneakers to a nicer shoe so I decided to bring him into doc martens. After relaying this info to Andres, he was so helpful making sure my man got the correct size, and even informed him on the different shoes that Andres selected. He was extremely helpful and made the shoe buying process so easy and comfortable. Andres did not only just get us a size and move onto the next customer he was very attentive and gave us great tips on deciding which style shoe to settle on. Andres also informed us about the Doc martens wax without being too overbearing. I went in not expecting as much help as I received but Andres made the whole process so easy for my social anxiety husband who is trying to step out his comfort zone with loafers vs sneakers. Thank you so much to Andres for all of your help! We appreciate you so much!
