Dior sales associates, let’s be very clear: you do not own this brand. You work there! Acting like you’re doing me a favor while chasing commission is crazy. The service was unprofessional and the energy was ugly. I’ll buy everything online from now on. Your store is now just my return counter. That’s the only reason I’ll ever walk in again. You’re not Dior. You’re just standing next to it.

I had an awesome experience with Mariel. She was super friendly and helpful. She knows her stuff and she made the whole experience so fun. You can tell she loves what she does.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Samira who helped me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand what I was looking for without being pushy and offered thoughtful recommendations that fit my style. Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service made shopping at such a high-end store a truly enjoyable experience. I appreciate her expertise and look forward to shopping here again because of the outstanding service she provided. Thank you again Samira!!
