  The absolute best retail therapy experience! My David Yurman jewelry disappeared while I was going through airport security, and I was heartbroken. We were visiting Michigan for a wedding, and as soon as we could fit it into our schedule, my sweet husband drove me to the David Yurman store. Melanie Denha was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She made the experience so enjoyable and did a wonderful job helping me choose my next beautiful piece. Her exceptional service turned a disappointing situation into such a special memory. I will definitely be back the next time we visit Michigan!

  Julian is an amazing salesperson and has such outstanding customer service skills! He truly takes time with you and makes you feel so appreciated and special. Not too many places anymore that provide this level of quality service.

  Returned to the store on June 21st 2026 at 6:02pm to see Rodolfo about purchasing a jade ring and a bracelet I had not yet tried on. Both valued at over $20,000. Understandably they had just closed two minutes prior. I gained the attention of a female associate, shorter in stature, approximately 5’4” in height, and with shoulder length wavy black hair. She came to the glass door. She proceeded to nod her head in agreement with my conversation through the glass with a big smile. However, when finished, she began to gesture and say, “I’m sorry, I can’t hear you with a cheeky smile.” At this point I realized I was her entertainment, smiled back, and walked away. Feel free to ask Jacob, your pleasant doorman, to identify the worker. He is doing a great job. Rodolfo was also pleasant to work with.

  Walked in wanting to buy a ring. There was 2 staff members at the door and none of them greeted me. After I asked for help, since no one offered help, I was told to wait. I waited for over 10mins, just for them to tell me to wait again. I also felt profiled because of the way I was dressed and no help ever came. I asked once more to see another piece of jewelry, and again they told me to wait. Mind you they were not busy. I had to order the ring online since no one wanted to sell me anything.

  Beautiful jewelry but the service is quite the opposite. I was never greeted nor assisted which left me no choice but to purchase from across the aisle at another store.
