- TLTony LozanoMay 9, 20261.0Walked in wanting to buy a ring. There was 2 staff members at the door and none of them greeted me. After I asked for help, since no one offered help, I was told to wait. I waited for over 10mins, just for them to tell me to wait again. I also felt profiled because of the way I was dressed and no help ever came. I asked once more to see another piece of jewelry, and again they told me to wait. Mind you they were not busy. I had to order the ring online since no one wanted to sell me anything.

I told him the budget my family gave me and he pulled some items and made suggestions on potential stacks and helped me make my list. Even though I didn't plan on buying anything that day he still gave me a great experience and didn't rush me in any way, which has been my experience in some stores when they are aware that you're not a potential sale in that moment. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will be definitely be back. Big thank you to Michael, he was amazing!

Chris was the first sales associate I worked with, and his customer service and knowledge of the brand were outstanding. He made me feel genuinely appreciated and respected, which really elevated the experience. He also helped repair some of my spouse’s and my existing Yurman pieces, which was a huge plus. The entire staff carries themselves with class, and the store itself looks fantastic. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase—thank you!
