  Justin was absolutely fantastic. He helped my husband and I with returns, exchanges, AND recommendations on shoes to wear for our safari trip. He was super knowledgeable and gave us some awesome insight into how the company was founded and how it came to be. He explained all their technology that Columbia engineers themselves and how they are constantly improving their tech. I honestly had no idea about the brand and their history and it made me appreciate them even more. We spent a lot of his time with all of our questions and curiosity. He never made us feel rushed or that we were taking up too much of his time. I truly appreciated that because you never know what type of response you’ll get from people in general. You can tell he is really passionate about the company and his job. We felt really happy with our visit and are super excited for our new gear!

  I have been a customer at this store since it opened. I have been a loyal Columbia sportswear user. Today I had the absolute worst experience at this store and I will never go back. I was returning an item that I previously purchased I had the receipt and card I used for purchase. The salesperson said that I could not return it because the tag was in the bag and had been removed from the item. but that I could get store credit for it. One week previously I had return an item that I actually wore with no problem whatsoever. in my 66 years I've never come across such a rude salesperson in my whole life.

  Mia is the epitome of customer service....she acknowledged me w/a smile as soon as I walked in........she went above & beyond .....& answered everyone of my question....I'm differently recommending to all of my family &friends............ty Mia
