- RBRichard BakkeJun 23, 20261.0I have been a customer at this store since it opened. I have been a loyal Columbia sportswear user. Today I had the absolute worst experience at this store and I will never go back. I was returning an item that I previously purchased I had the receipt and card I used for purchase. The salesperson said that I could not return it because the tag was in the bag and had been removed from the item. but that I could get store credit for it. One week previously I had return an item that I actually wore with no problem whatsoever. in my 66 years I've never come across such a rude salesperson in my whole life.
