  We had our very first in-person experience at a Carhartt store, and it completely changed how we want to shop with Carhartt in the future—and that’s because of Jasibe. From the moment we walked in, Jasibe greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome. She struck the perfect balance between being available and giving us space. She wasn’t overly eager or pushy; instead, she was naturally curious about what we were looking for and genuinely interested in helping us find it. When we explained that we were searching for work clothing made with flexible, stretch material, she immediately took us to the sale racks to show us options that fit our needs, then gave us a tour of the store so we knew where to find additional workwear and gear. It was both informative and thoughtful. This was the first time either my partner or I had ever been inside a Carhartt store, and Jasibe made us both feel genuinely welcome. The best way we can describe the experience is that it felt like having a personal shopping assistant. She never hovered over us, but she was always there when we needed her. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful without ever making us feel pressured to buy anything. To provide some context, we almost always prefer shopping online. In fact, our only intention in visiting the store was to try on clothing so I could determine my sizing and continue purchasing Carhartt products online in the future. Because of Jasibe’s exceptional customer service, that plan completely changed. We signed up for the loyalty program, made a purchase, and realized that we no longer want to shop for Carhartt online. Instead, we want to return to the store because the in-person experience she created adds so much value to the brand. Employees like Jasibe create loyal customers. Her professionalism, warmth, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help transformed what was supposed to be a quick sizing trip into an exceptional shopping experience. She made both of us feel valued without ever making us feel like a sales target. Jasibe is the kind of employee who builds lasting customer loyalty. If she were to work elsewhere, she is exactly the type of customer service professional we would gladly follow because we know we would receive the same thoughtful, personalized experience. Thank you, Jasibe, for making our first Carhartt store visit so memorable. Because of you, our preference has shifted from shopping online to shopping in-store whenever we buy Carhartt. That is a testament to the exceptional experience you created, and we look forward to coming back and shopping with you again.

  Outstanding Service from Jasibe and Rob at the San Antonio Jones Maltsberger Location! I stopped by the Carhartt store on Jones Maltsberger Saturday and had the pleasure of being helped by Jasibe. She is an absolute gem—super friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. This was my second time shopping at this location, and Jasibe remembered me from my previous visit. She even recalled my style preferences and helped me find exactly what I was looking for (a great pair of clearance bottoms that fit perfectly). That kind of personal attention and follow-through is rare these days. At checkout, Rob was equally friendly and made the process quick and smooth. Both team members delivered exemplary customer service and really made the visit enjoyable. Carhartt already makes tough, reliable gear, but employees like Jasibe and Rob are what turn a quick stop into a reason to keep coming back.
