  The employees were incredibly friendly and attentive while I browsed the store. I appreciated how they checked in with me and offered assistance whenever I needed it without making me feel pressured. They gave me plenty of space to look around, try things on, and compare different options at my own pace. It was a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience, and I really appreciated the great customer service!

  Customer service is horrible every single time in store at this location. The associates will make eye contact with you but will dodge assisting you. The line is always very long even though there are multiple associates in store just standing around. Would suggest a different location or shopping online only.

  Customer service in-store has been consistently disappointing. On two separate occasions, my account, including my points and closet, was deleted without resolution. Now, when attempting to complete an in-store exchange, I’ve been told I am outside of the allowable timeframe. This is particularly frustrating given that I travel frequently for work and was unable to address the issue sooner. Considering the price point of the merchandise, I expected a higher level of service and flexibility. I would like to acknowledge Paula, who stepped in and provided excellent assistanceshe truly made a difference in an otherwise frustrating experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the overall standard of customer service has declined, and the true meaning of customer care is often overlooked.

  went i went here, i needed an XS in their popular sweater ( since it's so popular and of course its sold out ) a worker there was nice to me to help find my size in the back, and they asked if i needed any more help. only thing is that everything there is so expensive, almost if it were Lululemon's rich cousin
