  I went in to this aerie early in the day and got a super cute set, by the time I had gotten home I noticed a stain on my sweatpants I had just bought. I rushed back later today and they were so kind and let me exchange them for a new pair. The male with the curly hair was the most helpful each time always making sure my experience was going okay and even when I came back with my concerns about my sweatpants so generous and understanding. This staff made this exchange process so easy and smooth I appreciate their kindness and will be coming back to visit them again.

  Love their clothing but employees can be rude. They talk about customers like they’re not around. When you walk in it feels like you’re just stared at with judgement. I went in closer to closing time and I knew that, however I wanted to check and see if there was items I liked so I could return another day with more time. The employee (I’m assuming manager or shift lead?) was telling the others “Check them out on that side because I’m closing these doors immediately, I’m not waiting another second after closing” which again I understand it’s almost closing but I was one of maybe 3-4 customers there. While I was looking around the others were actually shopping. Saying it loud in front of customers like they’re not there just makes people feel more uncomfortable than they probably already are.

  Mel is amazing, she helped me throughout my whole store visit at aerie, she was super friendly and attentive! First time shopping at Aerie and she definitely made me have a great experience with her great customer service!

  As a woman of color it’s not just a one case but EVERY TIME I walk into this store I am treated like I’m going to steal something. The staff are really weird about poc because it’s not just with me but with my family as well. I don’t like this location and all of the staff are really unwelcoming and unfriendly.

  My wife's favorite clothing store - comfortable, attractive clothes that favor being high quality rather than just attaining status via an artificially high price tag. I've started shopping there for her, for my daughter, and my own mother. One of those rare clothing chains that seems to be made for REAL PEOPLE.
