  I always find nice stylish clothes for very cheap, and I have had no issues with selling my items to this store as well. Keep in mind that since the prices are cheap they are most likely not giving you the same price of the item as when you bought it (a lot of people complain about that but that’s not how any second hand stores work) I’ve always had friendly interactions with staff. It seems a lot of the people who shop here are on the younger side so keep in mind the store is most likely going to stock up what sells to that market. ( mostly trendy items lots of summer clothes being in San Antonio, jeans and shoes. Not so much professional wear/business casual)

  Five stars across the board. Couldn’t be more grateful to your wonderful employee Brandy for making my first experience delightful and easy. She has a great eye for style and her customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back.

  This place is a rip off ! Don’t sell your clothes to them ! I took so many nice clothes and name brand shoes and they offered me $18 when I declined offer the girl at register said sorry but she had already checked me out ! SCAMMMERS

  I dropped my clothes off at 3:56 and they told me 2 hours. It’s 6:40 and they have not even started my clothes. I waited in line here for over 15 minutes and the app says my clothes would be ready at 5pm. This is ridiculous. Do NOT use this location.
