  I actually had a really good experience. Everyone I dealt with was nice. They bought items that were taking up space in my closet. And they paid a little more than clothes mentor and uptown cheapskate. What I like most about the selling experience was I got a discount for my purchase and I was given the option of getting cash back or store credit.

  Honestly this is the first Plato’s closet that I’ve been that it doesn’t make me feel all overwhelmed and have me pushing too hard to see all the clothing on the rack. This is now my fav Plato’s closet to shop!

  Plato’s closet in 151 access road is very bad service. Me and my friend bring our clothes there and most of it is still new and branded or used once but only takes bags which is still new too maybe around 5bags just pay me 50dollars🤣🤣🤣 that one bag can sell more or less 100 coz its mirror copy of designer bag and its still new🤣🤣😂😂 so dissapointed just wondering they dont buy our clothes and a lot of new Levi’s in there old navy etc🤣🤣

  Special thanks to Bella and Lilah I went in to get cash for clothing and Lilah was super fast and efficient and gave me a really nice offer store has really nice named brand clothing and they’re all super nice!! Thanks for talks service!!

  Monica was rude and did not want to accept a return because the tags were removed in the bag but I have never had an issue with this store and returning anything within the week. Not good customer service I will not be returning.
