I went here for the first time last month and found some great shirts. Everything was easy to find and the employees were kind. Jackie opened a dressing room and also checked me out. She told me about deals they had coming up and clearly knew what she was doing. If anything could use. improvement, I would say the dressing rooms need some cleaning and new paint.

Went in to sell my gently used clothes at the Park North center by North Star Mall. The gentleman at the intake counter with short black hair, glasses explained the process since this was my first time he was patient & helpful & friendly. Emily was at check out & she was also very knowledgeable & helpful about my payment . Will go back again

This was my first time ever stepping into this store and I've worked 40 plus years of retail management customer service and sales and I was pretty disgusted because I had a guy named Mike who I initially started talking to when I walked in. He seemed a little agitated that I was pulling him away from something he was working on so I just went about my business and was trying to ask some questions because I didn't know how everything worked here. I later was trying to get him to sign me up for their stuff online so I can get notified and possibly to sell them some of my clothes but instead of helping me when he knew I should have been next in line he helps several other people before me and never came to get me like he and I talked about when I very first talked to him. He should have told me I need to wait in the line when he knew I was right there waiting on him. That was very rude. There was a district manager girl there she was young with blonde hair and very nice. I did not catch her name I told her about it as I was leaving because she asked if I found everything okay or something to that effect. I did not know she was their district manager but apparently this place needs to work on their customer service skills because they definitely don't have it. So needless to say I walked out and they will not get my business the district manager told me to come back she's going to be there all this week I'll see if I feel up to it but honestly you only have one time to make a first impression I feel like there's issues throughout that store and it isn't just with Mike so if Mike is the manager of the store or even an assistant there is where your problems are lying. I always tell everybody in the industries if you have high turnover look where the turnover ends and that's your problem

It was my first time going to Plato’s closet, and I was shocked at how many clothing options they had! I love clothes so this store was absolutely perfect for me! Everything was so perfectly priced and in amazing condition. I was helped by this worker named Marc, and he was so sweet and kind! He helped me with some questions I had about the layout of the store, and he checked me out. He was so easy to talk to and made my experience so much better! Thank you so much Plato’s Closet!
