I took my items to sell almost to closing time , and they 100% helped me out. I had 4 bags about $45-$50 worth each and I got almost $45. It’s not ideal but as someone who is going through it, I did feel like that was fair. I really wish I got the girls name , but I hope she knows she’s awesome and I really appreciate her! ❤️ Ty!

To all those who are looking to sell, spare yourself the time.
I feel like I wasted my whole day trying to sell to this place.
I drove 45 mins round trip to take 2 large containers full of good quality (name brand) clothes- only to be told when I went to pick up my “cash offer” that they didn’t accept any of my items because they are currently “high” on inventory. That would’ve been nice to have known the moment I brought in both my containers.
Not only did I waste my time, energy, gas, AND I went out of my way to buy these containers prior to coming here, I didn’t even get a single cent from all this.
Again, if you’re looking to sell, spare yourself the trip. They are “high in inventory” and will not buy anything- in fact they’ll just waste your time.
I’ll never be back to sell

I arrived at 7:30 p.m., well before the 9 p.m. closing time, with one medium plastic bin of clothing. The same type I have used here before. I was told they would only accept items in bags for the rest of the evening and was offered reusable Plato’s bags for $3 each.
I explained that purchasing a bag just to sell clothing made no sense and asked whether we could transfer the items into a regular plastic bag. She refused, saying she had been “instructed not to accept clothing in anything other than bags.” This restriction was not posted anywhere, and I was simply told to return in the morning. Another employee witnessed the interaction but offered no assistance.
An unposted, last-minute “requirement” that forces customers to make a purchase before selling is unreasonable and extremely inconvenient. The dismissive response and lack of effort to help made the experience even worse. I would NOT recommend this location due to its poor customer service and inconsistent “policies.”
