  as a brown person i feel im always getting profiled here. but my review is about a certain incident that happened yesterday. we came in with a brand new 200$ e-gift card ready to spend, when we got everything to checkout the employee says it took off 43.85$ which then led to a manager coming over to see. it was a quick back and forth which they basically said “you don’t have the funds i don’t know what you want us to do about it” we asked if they could try to run the card again which they declined saying it wouldn’t change anything. with both our babies upset we just left. we then called Ralph Lauren over the phone and as we were giving the information we noticed the cards PIN was 4385. Just because the employee and manger didn’t want to spend a second to help instead of pushing us out the door we couldn’t get what we wanted that day, which could’ve been an easy fix. very disappointed at this.
