  The staff was extremely helpful, helped me with a return and was helpful with helping save money on my purchase. Can’t complain I will be shopping there more often.

  Had a very bad experience today . Walked into the store to buy a few polo classic tees but as soon as I started touching the tshirt one employee stopped by and said that he can give me the tees if I told him the size and then pointed me to the clearance section which is out right classist behavior by that employee. My husband and I have been customers of Ralph Lauren for years now but never coming back. I have seen so many reviews about the bad customer service in this location but no one seems to respond which tells that they don’t really care about the Customers who walk into that door.

  Lucie at Ralph Lauren Polo was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience so pleasant and easy. Excellent customer service — Ralph Lauren is lucky to have her.   Ignored by employees while seeing them acknowledging other customer next to me, while checking the clothing on the same rack. This happened a couple of times during my visit today and this confirmed that they do not provide consistent service to everyone who walks in.
