  This is one of the best stores Oakley stores I have ever been to. The manager was super kind and helpful and so was the staff. Would highly recommend.

  Even though my desired pair of glasses was not available (Jade lens Gascan) Tim was really helpful and guided me to find other alternatives to find the pair I wanted

  The staff at this store are superb. I had ordered prescription sunglasses online through Oakley that I had to send back because the optical center of the lenses was way off. I brought the prescription to Oakley Vault and they took the necessary measurements and resubmitted the prescription which was perfectly made when I picked them up, and they were less than the online price. I will definitely bring my prescriptions here in the future.

  Stopped in today 7/21. 5 star service provided by Michael. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Great knowledge to recommend alternate colorways not on display. Will recommend and visit again.

  I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it was anything but smooth. I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses that totaled around $600, and what should have been a straightforward process ended up taking over three weeks and involving multiple issues. First, the lab made an error with my prescription lenses, so they had to be remade during the second week. Then, when the lenses arrived at the Round Rock store, no one contacted me to let me know they couldn’t complete the order because my frames weren’t in stock. The order simply sat there until I called asking for an update. To try to speed things up, I agreed to switch to a different set of frames that I was told could be transferred from the Barton Creek location by the end of the week. When I called later that weekend, I found out the frames hadn’t arrived, and I was told they were still in transit and might be available on Monday. In the end, I had to drive to the Round Rock location to pick up my prescription lenses (which unfortunately turned out to be defective and now have to be remade again), and then drive to the Barton Creek location to pick up my frames. Considering how many issues there had already been and how many employees and managers I had spoken with throughout the process, I don’t understand why the stores couldn’t coordinate this for me. The biggest disappointment wasn’t even the mistakes, it was the lack of communication. I had to call the store almost every day for a week just to get updates on an order I had already paid for. When you’re spending $600 on a pair of high end prescription sunglasses, you expect proactive communication and better customer service. The one bright spot was the Barton Creek location. They were able to provide the frames I needed and ultimately helped get everything resolved. Unfortunately, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to the round rock location. One small positive- Michael was a gem to work with. He’s professional and understanding. Kudos to him for trying to make it right.
