  Had an issue with an order I had shipped to their store. Everyone was super helpful with helping me fix the issue. Someone even called customer service themselves and made sure I got a refund. So thankful for their help!

  They are always unwilling to help. Either I'm simply ignored because I am elderly or because I'm honest about my fixed income and need for bargains...or especially if i complain about the rapid decline in the quality of the Cacique bras since about 2010. Or if I appear to need help...they conveniently vanish. This is unacceptable. I am an elder and often should use a wheelchair but I cannot manage it alone. So I persist and even when I let them know of my needs...it is ignored. As if they resent my need for the extra attention ..particularly if they don't see dollar signs in my eyes Come ON, Lane Bryant! I used to go NOWHERE ELSE! And now that I'm old....your company deserts the needs of the original supporters ofv your industry. Shame on you.

  The problem with this store is that it suffers from a lack of customer service and prices that are often outrageous. I literally thought the salesperson was going to say "Did you need any help?" but instead she went back to talking to someone else. The store is disorganized and often dirty. So, skip this one and go to the website or another location.
