    A friend asked me to go shopping with her at JC Penneys and I gladly accepted because I needed clothing. I found mostly what I was looking for and when I had questions about a piece of clothing the store associates were helpful and friendly. During checkout a store associate, Alice, was helpful when asked about promotions. She was friendly. I wished I would have written the names of the other 3 store associates who were helpful and friendly- thank you all for making my shopping experience great at this location.

    No less than an hour ago, an Elder woman in light blue long sleeved at check out radioed to other employees "attention a roach has walked in". I'm not kidding. Another employee echoed back copy. I am disappointed in your employee. Never coming here again.
