  I received a call from the manager/owner screaming at me about my discount on my order because of my bad experience. He said that he was canceling my order right now and he asked if I worked at the Edible Arrangement. I order Edible Arrangement all the time. I have never had such an outrageous call such as this one. The whole team needs to be trained on better customer service, especially if the manager/owner that called me is the example.

  Had a last minute order and was able to pick up within the hour. The lady who was super busy was still so kind to help me out with pleasure. She was amazing.

  After spending $120 on part of a Mother’s Day gift, I am beyond disappointed by what was delivered. As you can see from the attached photos, this floral arrangement is a complete letdown. The 'presentation' is nonexistent. The foliage is already drooping, the spray roses are tiny, and several of the main flowers (the purple and hot pink mums) are visibly wilted and half-dead right out of the box. The quality is so poor that we are actually hesitant to even open the accompanying dessert box. This is an unacceptable value for a premium-priced gift and a massive disappointment for a special holiday. potential customers, please look elsewhere.
