- ESElizabeth SwansonAug 8, 20262.0Bass Pro Shops has so much inside and it’s an interesting store. It’s nice to wander around and look at things. However, the customer service is very sub-par. This isn’t just a one time thing. It’s been the case with visits over the last year. No welcome. Very few employees happy to help—more like willing but not happy about it. Cashiers make very little eye contact and rarely talk to customers. Yesterday, I stood at customer service awaiting an item pick up. FOUR employees were helped before me—as in stepped in front of me to do something with the only customer service person at the front counter there. When I was finally helped, no apology, no acknowledgement. So, just temper your expectations. Go for the experience of the atmosphere, taxidermy, and cool boats.
- SMSergio MartinezJul 26, 20261.0I have never been to a bass pro shop that made me feel so uncomfortable it was the worse experience I have ever experienced I was followed throughout the store the entire time once I got there the gun clerk lady would not answer my question a elderly Caucasian man would not stop watching I have no idea what I did and why I was judged so badly that I could not feel comfortable looking for a handgun for outside safety and protection this was the worse experience in my life I understand that racism still exist but to that extent was uncalled for it’s not right to judge someone based on the skin complexion and I’m not gonna stop my complaints until action is done on this location I felt unsafe and I was scared for my well being I truly felt like I was in danger that I had no choice to leave immediately . I will keep reaching out until action has been taken into effect. Sincerely Sergio Martinez
