  I had an excellent experience with Ryan Christenson at Bass Pro in Round Rock TX, firearms dept. From the moment I started talking to him, it was clear that he was focused, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. He asked thoughtful questions and took the time to make sure he understood what I was looking for before pointing me in the right direction. Ryan was a true gentleman throughout my entire visit and made the experience feel comfortable, professional, and educational. What stood out to me most was that there was absolutely none of “I know more than you” attitude. He simply listened, shared his knowledge, and helped me make informed choices based on what I actually needed. I’ve been to many gun stores over the years, and unfortunately, I’ve found that some employees can seem more focused on making a sale than on understanding the customer. Ryan was completely different. His approach was about the customer first, and that made a huge impression on me. He delivered what I would consider a "Perfect Customer Experience", and because of that, I’ll definitely be a regular Bass Pro customer going forward. **If you’re visiting Bass Pro in Round Rock, I strongly recommend speaking to Ryan. Don’t just take my word for it, spend a few minutes talking with him and you’ll understand why he stands out. He listens, he knows his stuff, and most importantly, he genuinely cares about helping you find what’s right for you rather than simply making a sale.   I don't understand on why is it so hard to get approved for a trade in with the boat I sent pictures and my application to San Antonio and was approved on a estimation on the value of my trading estimation subject to change when I got there and they checked it out but again they got me approved first I guess round Rock can't do that they have made it so difficult I will be going to San Antonio to buy my boat

  Really grateful for how great and understanding the GM Jeremy and the staff here has been. This is definitely the go-to spot in central Texas when it comes to hunting and outdoor goods. This was solidified when I visited the new Scheels that just opened up and was treated like a piece of livestock. It made me realize how authentic, helpful, and mindful this Bass Pro Shop is compared to their competition.

  Bought a 2019 Suntracker Party Barge 20 ft. Awesome boat bought it caise it came with a 10 year warranty. Had a warranty claim for the stiching come off the leather, cracked dash, horn dont work, and trim dont work. Got a call today all my claims was denied. 10 year warrant to mean anything. Denied because of wear and tear and environment. It last 7 years because of cover, leather cleaner and conditioner. With the texas sun it wont last 3-4 years. I took really good care. Its meant to be used not just stored. To all new buyers go somewhere else. SUNTRACKER AND ITS AFFLIATES DONT HONOR THE WARRANT. Just wanted to add the service people that put in my claim did everything they can. These adjuster need to honor the 10 year warrant. Do better Suntracker
