We came from out of town and decided to drop in for an exchange. Lydia greeted us at the door and showed us where we could locate what we were looking for. Then, she helped us check out, and gave us great service, what a wonderful team member!

I will try to keep this review as short as possible while covering the unprofessional behavior of this store. A month ago, after refresh a web page for days my wife was able to snag a high demand limited edition stuffy she really wanted off the AE website. Rather then paying for shipping she sent it to this store for free pickup. One of this stores employees decided they wanted the item so instead of checking it into the store they circumvented their systems and purchased the item for themselves. After a lot of back and forth with AE corporate they were able to confirm for us that's what happened so this isn't speculation. We received no formal apology and no way to stop get the item as it was obviously out of stock and they are not planning on getting more. While normally I would just never shop at a store again and move on, due to the nature of how unprofessional the act of stealing an item already purchased by a customer is I decided to leave a review to warn other customers that if you're order a high demand item and want to make sure you actually get it, don't use this store.

Went to pick my online order today, was looking for help since I couldn’t find any Tall sizes . The girl at the counter was super helpful and mentioned that even though they don’t carry tall sizes in store currently she can help me order online and will have it delivered to my home at no cost and applied discounts. Much appreciate her helping customers during the busy schedule!
