- AAAnahi A.Aug 3, 20261.0Salon review: I originally looked into JCPenney salon because Haley was there, unfortunately my schedule didn’t match her availability so I decided to look into other stylists. I scheduled to dye and cut my hair twice. One was scheduled with Maria and canceled because the stylist was a beginner stylist and wasn’t able to do the style yet (understandable; really management at fault). Scheduled again with Rose who called me 2 days before the appointment and told me she needed to look at my hair, that it would take multiple days to achieve, but that we could fix my hair and get started on it. She canceled my balayage BEFORE even assessing my hair and changed the appointment an hour before I was set to go there. If she had changed the appointment on Saturday when she originally called me it would’ve open her time slot to be used by another client because I would’ve canceled it right then and there. Why bother calling customers to discuss a plan when your stylists will just go ahead and make their own and change it an hour before the appointment. Terrible communication. Management also needs to fix the scheduling system so it is accurate.

One of the ladies reminded us that they close at 8pm and the other made a comment about having to leave at 8pm. Giselle finished checking us out and was very polite.
