  Today was the first time I visited JC Penny. This location had an excellent selection of women's clothing. I was a little bummed to see the women's dressing room was closed, but luckily was able to find a different dressing room on the other side if the store. Aside from finding a beautiful dress, I had an excellent experience at checkout. The young lady, Alex, who rang me up was very kind and friendly. I appreciate her positive attitude and the fact that she offered me a dress bag for my new dress. Overall, I feel like I will come back to this location in the future.

  Absolutely the worst customer service possible. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by two employees standing around the makeup counter saying, ‘Hi sir, just want to let you know we close in 20 minutes.’ No ‘hello,’ no ‘how are you,’ no offer to help — just an immediate feeling of being rushed out of the store before I even had a chance to shop. I replied, ‘Should I go get what I came for?’ and the blonde employee responded, ‘I don’t care what you do. I’m just telling you we close in 20 minutes.’ Completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service and basic hospitality clearly are not a priority here. If the goal was to make customers feel unwelcome, mission accomplished. With experiences like this, it’s no surprise retail stores continue to struggle. They might as well just close permanently if this is how customers are treated.”

  Jeff is very helpful, he cares about the customers. Store is clean, most of the employees are genuine and always ask if you need help finding anything. Most staff are very professional, never had any issues shopping here.
