They went above and beyond to create the most beautiful and thoughtful fruit arrangement for my daughter’s 26th birthday. ❤️🍓🍍 My daughter absolutely loved it, and so did I! You could truly see the care, love, and attention to detail that went into making it special. A very special thank-you to Sharrell, the manager, for her kindness and exceptional customer service, and to Huma for helping make my daughter’s birthday even more memorable. You ladies helped make an already special day that much sweeter, and this mama is truly grateful! If you have not visited the Edible Arrangements Richmond location on W. Grand Parkway S., you need to! They have earned every one of these five stars from me. Everything is always perfectly cut and it taste so fresh!!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We had a large party and everything went very smooth and the guest loved it so much!! - TRToya RAug 8, 20265.0I came to pickup my platter for my parents. Every year I celebrate them on my birthday. The platter wasn’t to my liking, but I also made changes to it. Changes that she warned me about over the phone, but I still made them. So this is totally my fault. It’s been a long time since I had someone actually care about the occasion and want to make sure I was happy. She simply said, “talk to me, I want this to be special for your parents.” Then we came up with a plan and she fixed it. No problem, attitude, or pushback! I will continue to come! This is a prime example of true service! Thank you Sharrell
