  Would have given a ZERO stars if that was an option. Went in and was purchasing a pair of shoes. I wait in line to check out and notice the bottom of the shoes clearly show that they’ve been worn, like they are black and scuffed on the bottom. I approached the counter and said these shoes have clearly been worn, can you discount these? She said we don’t discount and we can’t sell these!! I said what? I need a manager .. manager indicated the same and checked if they had another pair, they did not. I said I had to have these so I guess I’ll pay full price - the checker had the audacity to say - these will be non-refundable!! They can discount because there is a clearance section with discounted items. Don’t lie to me!!! Uugghhhh Won’t be back anytime soon.

  Great experience we had at Nordstrom rack prosper! WOW! Is what I can say for my entire family we are so super lucky to have met OMAR! We went in to Barnes and Noble for some books magazines for our world trip to Tanzania/Nigeria/Madagascar/Morroco We spoke about what we going to do when when get there while I was speaking with my family someone walked right past us and said take me with you I will be your tour guide! Omar took the time to help us with matching luggage and several outfits as well as sunglasses trust me we needed a lot of things to take with us to a 2 month trip with my 4 kids my husband and my sister her husband and her 2 kids. Omar helped get so many things stayed with us till all our list was completed he is truly a genuine kind person to help us and gave us tremendous amounts of advice on how to travel/pack/shop/get organized Thank you Omar! For everything you did for us we will always remember you dear

  Today I needed waterproof hiking shoes, An employee, Lai-ling? (Sorry if I have that wrong and spelled wrong), was so helpful! She knew how to find shoes that were waterproof and helped me find good ones. She pulled so many shoes off the racks and helped tremendously. Thanks for the great customer service!

  My family is so greatful for the experience we had at Nordstrom rack prosper! My son is special needs and it's so hard to find shoes clothes for him cause we gets worried with big crowds and noises. We were walking around the store an employee by the name omar asked if we needed any help and we said yes he also saw that my son was special needs so omar started to tell his story on how he worked with Micky mouse in Disneyland he made my son smile in a long time after the start of saying Micky mouse to my son my son started to be more relaxed calm so he helped us find some shoes for him right away and left happy with our experience and I also wanted to mention Omar was also helping an elderly couple with shoes cause the elderly couple said they had diabetes and he foot is always swollen so he helped them with a pair of shoes as well as helping us he was great with helping 2 families at the same time while doing scanning some things he was doing while he approached us and helped us Seriously the only thing I can say is thank you to him for making my family feel welcomed and respected as well as helping other people while he was doing his work My son till today call him Micky mouse man!
