  I purchased ASICS GEL-PULSE 17 CLOUD GREY/GRAVEL, Size 13 D (Item #199023053251) from this store 22 days ago. After only about 10 wears, the tongue of one of the shoes broke. I brought the shoes back today expecting that a pair of shoes that failed after such limited use would be considered defective, but I was told that because the shoes had been worn, they could not be returned. I was surprised and disappointed that there wasn't more consideration given to a premature product failure. I understand that Nordstrom Rack has a policy regarding worn merchandise, but I believe a shoe breaking after only 10 uses should be treated differently from a normal worn-item return. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to purchase shoes from this store again. If a pair of shoes fails shortly after purchase, be aware that you may have difficulty getting the store to address the issue.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience on Friday, all thanks to Omar. From the moment I walked into Nordstrom Rack, his kindness, patience, and absolute professionalism completely turned my day around. I was feeling overwhelmed with my shopping trip, my daughter moved out and it's been hard on me and I been buying so many things to take to her college dorm. but Omar went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He opened my boxes and bagged my items he was kind and talking to and cheering me up—he genuinely cared. He helped me organize all of my boxes so everything was manageable, thoughtfully bagged each of my items with care, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Honestly, he made my day and left me feeling truly emotional. It is so rare to encounter someone with such genuine heart, empathy, and dedication to helping others. Omar is an absolute treasure and an asset to Nordstrom Rack. Thank you so much, Omar—your extraordinary kindness meant more to me than you know! For me and my daughter Kirsten! 🧑‍🎓

  My husband and I went to your store today, Thursday August 13th at 2:50pm. The lady in the online returns check out register called us over to ring us out for our purchase. The lady did not allowed my husband to pay with a Visa Gift card despise it went thru and he was about to use his credit card to pay for the remaining balance. When he was about to swipe his credit card to complete the purchase, the lady cancelled the transaction immediately in his face stating two forms of payment where not allowed. She could see the gift card went thru right away and the machine was even ready to accept the credit card for the rest of the payment. I need clarification on this and if it's true, then this policy is not aligned with the high standards of customer service your company claims.

  I really like this store and usually have a great experience here. However, today was very disappointing. I spent over $300, but the two cashiers were talking to each other and didn’t pay attention to customers at all. There was no line, yet I stood there waiting for about 7–10 minutes, even though they saw that I was waiting. One of the cashiers was named Helen (I saw her name on the receipt). She didn’t ask for my phone number either. I actually prefer when my purchases are linked to my phone number so I can easily see my previous purchases. I’m giving 1 star ⭐️ only because of the cashier service today. Other than that, I really love this store and hope the customer service improves.
