  Had a great experience again with Jonathan. I went to their old store years ago. He helped resize a watch I purchased elsewhere. Super friendly and helpful, excellent experience. Then today I went to their new store, hoping I’d recognize him if he was still there. Lo and behold, he remembered me. That was crazy and unexpected for years ago when I didn’t even buy a watch there. He asked if I was looking for anything special, and I definitely was. He took me right there, had a wealth of knowledge about my two options, and went above and beyond to help me. Walked out with exactly what I was looking for, along with a lifelong contact I’ll ask for when I go there. Thanks Jonathan!

  We had a great experience at Watches of Switzerland! We came in knowing the brand of watch we had been researching, and it was really down to choosing the right model for our needs. Jonathan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to how we planned to use the watch, explained the pros and cons of the different models we were trying on, and offered thoughtful, subtle opinions about what would work best for us. We never felt pressured, and his expertise made the decision much easier. We definitely recommend Jonathan and the Watches of Switzerland team for a wonderful shopping experience!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Aygo at Watches of Switzerland. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and enjoyable, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated how attentive she was and how smoothly she handled everything from start to finish. It was a great experience purchasing my Rolex, and Aygo was a big part of making it such a positive one. I would absolutely recommend working with Aygo if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing a timepiece from Watches of Switzerland. Aygo my Rolex Advisor was wonderful throughout the process—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain the different watches and their features, answer my questions, and never made the experience feel rushed. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and Aygo made a special purchase even more memorable. I can’t recommend her and Watches of Switzerland highly enough, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for future putchases!

  Still in awe over this purchase! We have been looking at the Rolex Datejust for quite sometime, as we are looking to do his and hers for our wedding next year. There are several different configurations and it is very difficult to see something in store that is exactly what you’re looking for. We spoke with Brendan. He was amazing and super helpful. We were looking to see if there was an Everose Datejust 36 with a chocolate dial and fluted bezel. This has been difficult to find, it’s usually blinged out with diamonds. Stunning timepiece, however, I wanted something a little more classic. Unfortunately, this was not something in store, however, there was an Everose Datejust 36 with a white dial, Roman numeral markers and fluted bezel. This is absolutely beautiful!! Brendan went above and beyond to make sure the watch fit just right!! I have tiny wrists, lol. Brendan was simply amazing and a joy to do business with. I highly recommend stopping in to Watches of Switzerland and speaking with Brendan, he is such a joy!!
