  Had an excellent experience at Watches of Switzerland in Legacy West, largely thanks to Brendan. I've visited several Rolex dealers across the Metroplex, and this was easily the best of them. Brendan took the time to actually understand what I was looking for rather than rushing me, walked me through the collection with genuine knowledge, and set up my profile without any pressure or the dismissive attitude you sometimes get at other ADs. Professional, welcoming, and refreshingly honest about the process. If you're looking for a Rolex in the DFW area, ask for Brendan — highly recommended. As a bonus, you can see multiple brands at the same location (Tudor, Grand Seiko, and more). Eye candy!

  We picked up our second watch today and the service was just as exceptional as the first time. Silas has definitely been a lucky charm, he was welcoming, knowledgeable and made the entire process feel special. Look forward to coming back for many more in the future.

  Yo, just picked up my first precious metal watches from Watches of Switzerland. Krissy kept her eye out for my this watch and came through. The experience was spectacular! Krissy and Vjo are awesome! I highly recommend connecting with Krissy. She will do her best to assist you in getting you your grail watch.

  Stopped into Watches of Switzerland to learn more about Rolex, and had a fantastic experience. Aygo took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different models, and made me feel welcome despite this being my first visit. There was absolutely no pressure, just a genuine passion for watches and great customer service. I really appreciated the time and professionalism and look forward to visiting again.

  Great selection of watches, but unfortunately the customer service experience at this store was disappointing, and I can’t say I’ll be returning. Mr. Brendan whom I recognized from other reviews, did not acknowledge our presence until we had been walking around the store for roughly 15 minutes. It was my wife’s birthday, and I had been prepared to either purchase a timepiece or register my interest in one for both her and myself. However, due to Brendan’s arrogant and dismissive demeanor (the only employee interaction we had) I chose not to continue the conversation further and left the store. Although this was my first visit to this particular AD, the experience fell far short of what I’ve come to expect from dozens of transactions with other authorized dealers in the DFW metroplex.
