  The staff here is really and helpful. The manager, Louis, really went out of his way to help me with an issue that was through no fault of his own. The kind of service that’s hard to find these days.

  I hate giving bad reviews but this experience was ridiculous. I wanted to buy several pair of sunglasses out of the locked case. Asked 3 people for help and was completely ignored. It was as if I was a problem for them. Needless to say, I left and will buy from another store.

  I just had the most horrible customer service experience at this Rack location. I live three minutes away and I work close by, so I stop in often after my shifts to pick up new outfits for work. Every other week I easily spend $250 or more there. Tonight, I came in during the last 30 minutes before closing, like I always do. I had already selected one pair of heels, four dresses, and a pair of black pants for work. I was still deciding on a fourth dress while the employee, Jennifer, had the rest of my items ready to start checking out. Out of nowhere, she snatched the dress straight out of my hand - without asking, without waiting, and without any reason. It wasn't even in front of her. The attitude she approached me with from the beginning was completely uncalled for, and the way she grabbed the item from me was disrespectful and shocking and than after giving me the receipt she told “Now Go” Waht in the world ! I was already in line at 9:03, waiting my turn, not causing any delay. Yet I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. After this experience, I will never return to this store again. I shop frequently and spend consistently, but I refuse to support a place where customers are treated this way. I'm already considering taking my business to another company entirely.

  I’ve shopped at Nordstrom Rack for years because trying on clothes has always been quick and easy. Unfortunately this location has adopted a fitting room policy that turns a simple process into an unnecessary hassle. I walked up with three shirts. The employee counted them and confirmed there were three. Then I was stopped because the shirts were not on hangers. I explained that I had picked them up without hangers and simply wanted to try them on. I was handed three hangers but then told I had to put every shirt back on the rack before I could enter the fitting room only to immediately take them back off once inside. The process serves no benefit to the customer. It adds extra steps creates unnecessary delays and shifts work onto shoppers for something fitting room staff have traditionally handled. While I was there I watched another customer get stopped from leaving until she rehung all of her items. This is not a criticism of the employees. They were simply enforcing the policy they were given. My issue is with the policy itself. Shopping should be convenient not slowed down by procedures that only make the experience more frustrating. I hope corporate takes another look because this policy makes shopping less enjoyable for everyone.
